Can I import it in person ?

Certainly. It is very easy. Our site is easy to understand and is perfect to those who are interested in starting private import. But you have to check with your Customs and Ministry of Transport about import restrictions beforehand.
For example, in UK:
Duty & Excise : 10% of CIF or CIP price.
VAT (Value Added Tax) : 17.5% of total sum of CIF or CIP and customs duty plus customs clearance fee.
Licensing and Registration : To fulfill the standard of SVA (150 pound sterling) and ESVA (180 pound sterling) following changes are necessary : rear fog lights, speedometer (from kilometre to mile), location of licence plate and diameter of nozzle for fuel intrusion.
MoT Roadworthiness Test costs 37.5 pound sterling.
Receive all above inspections. Then apply for registration at Vehicle Registration Office with all the necessary documents (certificates).

New Cars

I would like to import a new car.

New cars are far from malfunctions. If your budget allows we recommend you to buy new cars.
In case of new cars you will have to pay tax,etc in Japan so it will become a little expensive. However, depending on your country's tax, in some cases it will cost less compared to your country. If you cannot afford to buy a new car, we advice you to get a car as new as possible.

Each used car's price differs and also seasons, time and date make difference in price. Therefore we do not make used car list/price list.
Instead, for your info, we have left several 'sold's in used car inventory site.

Sorry, we do not give any discounts. In order to get used cars with better conditions it becomes expensive. And we try to keep the price as low as possible for export.
We buy in a little expensive compared to other shops but export with lower price.
As this is our selling method our profit is small, therefore we do not make discounts.
Basically we mainly deal with used cars with good conditions.
If you wish cars with lower prices or expensive cars, email us. We try our best to suit your request if it is within reasonable limit.

It seems there aren't many used cars listed.

More than 80% of our clients are people/company who have already decided which car to purchase and have already transfered the money in advance and are waiting for their
requested cars. We look for cars better than the ones the clients have requested and will
inform our clients. As often is the case of this method, many cars have been sold before they are listed on the Used car Inventory. Therefore less cars are left on the list.

Welfare vehicle & Right Hand Drive

Am looking for Welfare vehicles but Right Hand Drive vehicle is prohibited in our country.

As for Welfare vehicle, there are vehicles designed for handicapped who can use hands only and many other types too, including new and used cars. You could add necessary functions to the new car and convert it into Welfare vehicle exclusively to your own choice.
In Japan cars are right hand drive and are keeping to the left In countries where left hand drive and keeping to the right means right hand drive has advantage. You can get on/off the
driver's seat straight from the pavement side. (e.g. US Postal car is right hand drive)
Even if right hand dirve is prohibited to drive in your country, there may be a possibility that
special permission is granted for the handicapped. Check this out in your country before you decide to buy.

I want some car parts.

If it is the import car you bought from us, we will send the parts you require.
If there is no re-built parts available, it will be new parts. We recommend new parts.
But in some cases delivery charge would cost more than price of parts. Therefore, we recommend you to get it in your country or nearby countries. If it's not available, contact us.

Audio, TV, GPS Navigation System

Is it possible to use Audio, TV, GPS Navigation System outside Japan?
|

Because all Japanese cars are equipped with AM/FM Radio/Casette, these are not stated.
If in case these are not equipped, it is stated No Audio. Some cars are equipped with CD/MD and in that case, it is stated CD/MD.
Radio broadcasting wave is SW, MW(AM 550-1600kHz), FM(76MHz-90MHz).
TV color system is NTSC(3.58), same as U.S.A. not PAL or SECAM system. Broadcasting system (A-N) is M (VHF), same as U.S.A. Channel system (MHz) is JPN system. Stereo broadcasting (7 kinds)(MHz) is JPN system.
Systems of VCR, DVD player are the same as TV color system, broadcasting system, channel system, stereo broadcasting system as described above. As for DVD Player, Region No. is 2.
As for GPS Navigation System, it is possible to use only if your country's DVD/CD map for GPS Navigation System is sold For further details find it out in your country.

Payment

What if payment is delayed ?

There may be some cases like already paid but money has not been transfered. In that case, if we do not receive contact from our bank regarding your remittance within 48 hours after the PI is issued, we sell the car to others. We regret to do so but there are a few cases that they contact us their money is sent to us but in actual fact, it hasn't. Hope you understand the situation.

What if remittance is confirmed after the desired car has been sold to others ?

We will find the same level car and contact you. However, if you do not like it, we will return the money (from which the bank charge is deducted) to you via bank.

What about the balance if the price payed is less than money transfered ?

As stated in the previous answer, the balance will be refunded. And if you wish, car supplies or latest cameras or electronic products worth the value of the balance is purchased and sent upon request.

We understand how worried you are. But whatever God you believe in, we swear we never rip-off anyone in the past nor will deceive anyone in the future. We are old type of Japanese who respect honor and sincerity. So do not worry.

Can I send the money in L/C ?
|

A:
|
The only payment method we accept is T/T. No chequen no L/C. If L/C is sent to us, please acknowledge that the L/C will be shredded into pieces and disposed of, so that no one can use it again.
If L/C is sent to our bank, it would not reach our hand because we have already stated to the bank that we would refuse to accept L/C.
And when the credibility of L/C is suspicious, we have the duty to report to the related jurisdiction, such as banks and police as well as referring to Interpol for its credibility (International swindle)
If you haven't got back the L/C you sent to us, your L/C is already under the control of Interpol.
And it is no use repeating refund request to our bank.
In that case you have to request refund to Interpol through your country's police station.

I have cancelled after sending money by T/T but the moeny has not been refunded.

Please do not make remittance if your purpose is money refund.
We are a serious company with no intention getting involved with crime.
There has been many reports that after remitting money to bank in Japan from foreign countries under the third party name or the person's own name, the person involved or the remitting bank contacts saying that they've been swindled or made a mistake in remittance therefore they ask for refund to the bank in Japan and get refund to the bank in their country or abroad.
Interpol and FBI are watching this type of swindle or money laundering using Japanese used cars.
Interpol and FBI judge that refund request to the bank prior to ship's sailing is regarded as money laundering.
Also, refund request to the bank after the ship's sailing is regarded as a swindle.
We and our bank are with their (Interpol and FBI) judgement. From these reasons basically we do not accept making refunds. If the bank suspects that making refund to you is an act of swindling or money laundering, even if we are not taking part in it, our company name will be listed on Interpol and the bank's black list.
If it has been considered that it is nothing to do with crime, after we refer to Interpol on swindling or money laundering, and if it has been proved as legal remittance, we will deduct the bank charge and our charge from your money and refund it to you.
If you haven't got refund, it is no use repeating refund request to our bank. Because they have the duty to report to the related jurisdiction, such as Interpol and police if anything is suspicious concerning the remittance and most likely your remittance is already under the control of Interpol.
Ask for the return to Interpol through your country's police station.

5. when you ask for invitation letter to obtain visa to get into Japan.

There is time difference between Japan and your country. If you called at night,
there is nobody to answer. Please call during office hours of Japan time.
